We are complying with the government requirements for Covid 19, Alert level 3. We are permitted to perform routine activities in buildings and undertake repairs, maintenance and alterations while complying with strict safety precautions in order to ensure fire safety systems continue to comply and to allow warrants of fitness to be issued while the restrictions are in place. All operations and services are operating normally, although some staff are working away from the office.

The government have issued guidance on issuing building warrants of fitness where inspections may have been unable to be undertaken during the lockdown, and require additional reporting to be provided to councils for the next warrant. We have amended our procedures and altered our documents to comply with this requirement and will be in touch with you directly as your warrant falls due. We are also continuing to monitor developments in this area to ensure you continue to comply.
