How long have you been involved with FFP? For the past 5 years

How have we helped your business? To remain focused on evacuation and also a having a good relationship with Sean Yates through working with him over the last 5 years.

Are there any examples where we have helped overcome a specific issue (or issues)? Friday 6th December your awesome team member Trinity Palmer arrived to conduct our trial evacuation and found out that our fire alarm call points were not working at all and she tried all avenues to resolve this. We later found out that it is our security company that needs to resolve this.

Anything else you’d like to add?  Just wanted to say that Trinity did an awesome job with the above mentioned issue from pointing it out to trying to get it resolved for us and would highly recommend that she is recognised for going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
